INVEX – Client Portal

The Client

INVEX is an international financial corporation based in Mexico, that generates specialized solutions based in banking, investments, infrastructure and more.

About the project

The client had an obsolete portal that wasn’t usable in mobile devices and even in desktop, several years of random maintenance led the content and the functionality to become unusable and a maintenance nightmare, with a huge amount of information hosted and delivered via web, the access to it became very difficult, expensive, unstable and unusable.

The challenge

Technical Restrictions The usage of Kentico Content Management System is a technical requirement to create the product, and the usage of kendo UI for the components, so there will be technical limitations to conceptualize the digital product and the access via mobile.

My Role

UX Lead and project manager, directly interacting with the product owner to define the Minimum Viable Product and iteratively design and build the product. In this project the UX mindset was very helpful for writing user stories in a SCRUM environment, helped clarify the acceptance criteria with the operative team and develop faster.
